Student: Hannah Davanzo/voice
Teacher: Michelle Young
On January 24th of this year, Hannah sang with New American Choir singing background for Casting Crowns (The Christian band). Hannah says, “Performing at Carnegie Hall was an experience I will never forget. Having the whole auditorium filled up with people just to hear us sing on such a prestigious stage was a great feeling. It was cool getting to perform with a bunch of people I didn’t know and working together forming one big choir. Surprisingly, I wasn’t nervous at all and enjoyed every minute of it.”
We are proud you Hannah!
MIS instructor Michelle Young and MIS Student Megan Cobb appeared on the WRCB-TV’s 3 Plus You program. Michelle discussed teaching voice lessons and Megan Cobb demonstrated techniques and sang.
